Commonwealth Payroll was founded by Jon Bass as a result of years of frustration as a CFO in dealing with poor local and national resources for payroll and Human Resource management. Jon’s strong entrepreneurial spirit coupled with his solid financial and technological background led him to leave his executive position to start Commonwealth Payroll. In Jon’s Executive roles he has been pitched every solution in the market for payroll and HR solutions. Commonwealth Payroll was not founded as a sales organization, rather it was built on the foundation of understanding the client’s needs, listening to the issues, understanding the desired outcome, and then executing and delivering the results.
